Sales Policy information effective March 15th 2003
ALL PRICES ON THIS SITE ARE STATED  IN US DOLLARS.

1. MINIMUM ORDER: $50.00. A $10.00 surcharge will apply to orders that do not meet the minimum.

2. PURCHASE ORDERS: All P.O.'s must be signed by the buyer and include the buyers name, phone and fax number.

3. CREDIT: All first orders must be prepaid by check or money order or paid by credit card. All orders under $250 must be pre-paid by check or money order or paid by credit card. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. For orders over $250, (after the first order) please supply 3 trade referenced, bank information and signature from the authorized buyer. Upon credit approval, terms are net 30 unless otherwise approved by management or through an authorized sales promotion. There is a $25 service charge imposed on all returned checks. Invoices not paid in terms are subject to a 1 1/2% per month late fee. Accounts not current will be placed on credit hold.

4. SHIPPING: All orders are shipped FOB our factory, Thermopolis, WY 82443. Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer.  NOTE: Chocolate is not shipped May 15-Sept. 15, or when temperatures exceed 75 degrees.

5. RETURNS: We accept returns on merchandise that is defective upon receipt if reported within 7 days of date of delivery. "Damage in shipping" merchandise must be reported to the courier by the customer. Any product returns must be authorized by the factory and must be returned pre-paid, without price markings or stickers and must be in sellable condition.

6. SUBSTITUTIONS: Designs not available at the time of shipping may be automatically substituted unless "no substitutions" are requested on the order. We will carefully select a similar image to substitute.

7. DISCOUNTS: Any purchase of $500 - $1000 receives a 5% discount if invoice is paid within terms. Any purchase of $1000+ receives a discount of 10% if invoice is paid within terms.

8. GUARANTEES: No guarantee sales or special terms will be allowed except by factory promotion or authorization of management.

9. CUSTOMER SERVICE: We are available Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Mountain Time. Customer service is here to assist you and your customers with placing orders, answering questions about order status and related issues.
